FLRN36-12D sulfur hexauoride (SF6) high-voltage Load switch is a switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV, using SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and Insulation medium. e switch has three internal positions for closing, opening, and grounding, and has the characteristics of small size, easy installation and use, and strong environmental adaptability.

This series of load switches is divided into FLN36-12D (K-type single spring operating mechanism) and FLRN36-1D (A-type double spring operating mechanism)

Seed. The FLRN36-1D model can be combined into a load switch+Fuse combination electrical device and has control and protection functions. It can be used for the protection and control of electrical equipment in power supply and substations, especially suitable for ring main units, cable distribution boxes, and distribution switching stations.

2.Structure and principle

The main circuit and grounding circuit of FLN36-12D load switch are sealed in an insulation shell made of epoxy resin cast with APGI technology, which has the advantages of good insulation peormance and anti pollution environment. e insulation shell is composed of two upper and lower insulation covers, which are lled with SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.4 bar inside. e lower insulation cover has explosion-proof measures to ensure that in Case of an accident, the SF6 gas with overpressure is directly sprayed into the channel behind the cabinet, ensuring personal safety.
